David Brown, a native of Ohio, was raised in Portsmouth, Ohio. He pursued his education at Ohio University and The Methodist Theological School, culminating in the achievement of a Master's in Divinity Degree in 1985. His academic journey reflects a deep commitment to his faith.
Ordained as an Elder of the West Ohio Conference in 1988, David has dedicated years to his role in the Methodist community. Alongside his wife Elizabeth, whom he married in 1983, they have built a loving family with three adult sons, a daughter-in-law, and a cherished grandson. Their commitment to their community is exemplified through their appointment to Armstrong Chapel UMC in July 2016, showcasing their continued passion for their faith and service.
